Some people never learn...get off the phone!!!!!!!

I just read this article today about this loudmouthed woman with no respect for others or rules.  news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_thelook… I'm glad the police hauled her off the train!   
It's about time someone did something about morons who can't put their cell phones down or respect the rights of others who have to listen to them for hours on end! I see people on an almost daily basis in doctors offices, medical labs or other institutions who ignore the signs to turn off their cell phones and act as though the rules don't apply to them! Who the hell do they think they are?!
